Your forms remain fully accessible for 30 days after cancellation. Export your data anytime in standard formats (CSV, JSON). We never hold your data hostage — you own it completely.

Can I integrate with other tools?
Yes. Every plan includes the Public API and a Zapier app in beta for New Submission. Connect Sheets, Slack, email, and other Zapier apps. Zapier is not in the App Directory yet. HIPAA forms cannot use Zapier or outbound webhooks. A Slack bot can create and list forms; it does not send submission notifications.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). HIPAA plans include a signed BAA, access controls, and compliance documentation. Enterprise plans add SSO and custom security requirements.
Do you offer custom branding?
