How it works
- Verify the account email you want alerts on.
- In the editor, open Settings → Modes → Notifications and turn on Email on Submit.
- Publish. Later submissions email that verified address.
FAQ
Does creating a form turn on emails?
No. Email on Submit starts off. Enable it in settings after you verify your email.
Do HIPAA submission emails include answers?
No. HIPAA alerts are a notice only. Open the submissions page to see answers.
Is this a paid feature?
Pricing lists email notifications on Basic. The product toggle is not plan-gated. You need a verified email.
Can I send submits somewhere besides email?
Yes. The Zapier app in beta can send New Submission events to Sheets, Slack, and other Zapier apps. HIPAA forms cannot use Zapier.
